As much as this dress is completely simple, it is simply cute. With all of the layering options, the BI LA LI Wool Cape Dress keeps it simple with a biscuit lambswool fabric with a cute self-tie belt. The shape is beyond simple, yet the belt allows you to show off your waist a tad. Because the neck is so simple, throw on a chunky gold necklace to draw attention to your neck and chest. I love the idea of ribbed tights and a polo neck layering. Put on your black booties and you are good to go.
